The working principle of the trash rack
The grille decontamination machine is assembled into a set of reverse grille chains by a unique rake tooth factory. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake gear chain moves in the reverse direction of the water flow.
When the rake chain is operating to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guide of the sheave and the curved rail, the relative self-cleaning movement occurs between each group of rake teeth, and most of the solid materials fall by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean the debris sticking to the rake teeth.
According to the water flow direction, the rake chain is similar to the grille, and the rake tooth gap assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the conditions of use. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended matter in the fluid, it can ensure that the water flows through. The entire operation process is continuous or can be intermittent.

Due to the reasonable structure design of the equipment, it has strong self-cleaning ability during equipment operation and will not cause blockage, so the amount of daily maintenance is very small.

The equipment standard is divided into HF300-3600 type according to the width of the machine. If the machine width exceeds 1800mm, it will be made and connected. The grid gap is divided into various standards such as 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc. The grid gap is selected by the amount of water passing, the lifting height, the total amount of separation of solid and liquid, and the shape and size of the separated material. According to user needs, the raw materials can be made of ABS engineering plastics, nylon, stainless steel rake teeth; the main frame is made of stainless steel and carbon steel anti-corrosion.
